Clanton Fire Chief - David Driver

Following in his grandfather’s and father’s footsteps, Chief Driver joined the Clanton Fire Department in February 1993. He was promoted to Lieutenant/Fire Marshal in March 2001 and appointed fire chief in November 2008. He currently holds twenty certifications from the Alabama Fire College and Personnel Standards Commission. He is a Pro-Board accredited Fire Officer IV, Emergency Medical Technician, Basic Life Support Instructor and is a certified law enforcement officer through the Alabama Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission.
